Beef Mince & Cabbage Stirfry

Super quick and tasty Asian inspired dish

Suitable Week 1

Lunch & Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 100 g Cabbage, shredded

  • 20 g Zucchini, cubed

  • 1 Onion, sliced

  • 300 g Organic grass-fed Beef mince

  • 1 tbsp Butter or Avocado oil

  • 1 clove of Garlic, chopped

  • 2 tsp Ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp Turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes (or more for a hotter dish)

  • 2 tbsp Water

  • 1 tbsp Coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

  • 1/2 spring onion, chopped

  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  1. Fry the veggies in butter or oil for 5 min, 

  2. Add the mince and fry until cooked. 

  3. Add spices, water, coconut aminos and sesame oil. Let it all simmer for another 5 min until it comes together.

  4. Before serving, decorate with chopped spring onion and a few dashes of sesame oil (optional).

Make a double batch and eat again tomorrow for lunch, or freeze.
