Creamed Cabbage
A favourite side dish with any high-quality sausage, pork or beef mince patties.

Sides
Ingredients:
350g White Cabbage
1 tbsp Butter
150 ml full-fat 'real' Cream
1/4 tsp Onion powder
Salt & Black Pepper
Chopped Parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Cut or coarsely grate the cabbage.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the cabbage and sauté for a few minutes, until golden, no more.
Add the cream and onion powder, and let it simmer on low heat until most of the cream has cooked in.
This takes about 15-20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with parsley and any protein of choice.
