2 Soft-boiled Eggs

150g of full-fat Cottage Cheese

Red pepper

Chives

Salt & Pepper

Instructions: 

Place the cottage cheese, topped with soft-boiled eggs and sliced red pepper, on a plate.

Season and sprinkle over chives.
