Fish Parcel

Can't go wrong with oven baked fish with lemon, veg and butter

From Week 1

Lunch & Dinner

Ingredients:

225 g Cod

Onion, sliced

Lemon juice

Parsley, fresh

1 tbsp EVOO or butter

Salt and pepper

Green veg of your choice

Instructions: 

Cook any wild-caught fish of your choice, onion, butter or oil, lemon juice, fresh parsley and seasoning in a oven parcel. 


Use a baking sheet instead of aluminium foil. 

Cook in 190 C for about 15 min until the fish is cooked through, 30 min if you are using frozen fish.


Serve with a green salad and olive oil or with some cooked green veg and butter.
