Lamb Chops & Green Beans

Lamb chops with healthy greens like Rocket/Arugula to support your liver.

Suitable Week 1

Lunch & Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Lamb chops

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Green beans

  • Rocket/Arugula

  • 1 tbsp EVOO

  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions: 

Depending on the size of the chops, have 2-3 of them, around 150 grams.


Start by cooking the green beans. While they are cooking, fry seasoned lamb chops in butter for 5-7 minutes until they are browned. 


Serve with green beans, butter and rocket/arugula with extra virgin olive oil and lemon dressing.
