Mug bread with avocado and tomato

A quick and simple healthier substitute for bread

From week 2

Breakfast

Ingredients:

3 tbsp Almond flour

1 tbsp melted Butter

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1 large Egg

pinch of unrefined Sea Salt

Extra Virgin Olive oil (EVOO)

1/2 sliced Avocado

1 Tomato

Black coffee or Tea

Instructions: 

Mug bread, aka 90 sec bread, is so simple to make:

Butter your mug. I used a larger mug/container to get a thinner but wider mug bread.

Mix the ingredients well and pour into the mug. Microwave for about 60-90 seconds. Cool down, then half the bread, and toast or fry it in butter or avocado oil.

Drizzle with EVOO, add avocado, tomato, and salt.
