Salmon Patties

Tasty salmon patties that are rich in omega-3s to support metabolic health and may help decrease inflammation.

From week 2

Lunch & Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 200g Salmon In Oil, Canned

  • 1 Egg, fresh

  • 1 dl fresh Dill

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1/2 Lime, juice

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

  • Dash of Tabasco

  • 20g Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 tbsp Butter

  • Green salad of your choice

Instructions: 

Mix all the ingredients and shape into 4 patties. 

Fry in butter on a medium heat until browned. 

Serve with a salad or veg of your choice.
