Slow-Cooked Beef Bowl

A nourishing dish rich in iron and minerals.

Week 1

Lunch & Dinner

Ingredients:

300 - 360g Stewing Beef

1Onion cut into wedges

1 tbsp butter or EVOO

Seasoning

Veg of choice ( Broccoli, Cauliflower, green beans)

Instructions: 

Brown the beef in butter, add the onion, and fry for another couple of minutes.

Pour water until it almost covers the meat.

Simmer for 2-3 hours until tender. Cooking time depends on the quality of the beef.

Season and serve with cooked veg of choice
