Morning Glow Green Smoothie
A gentle, gut-supportive smoothie
Week 1

Breakfast
Ingredients:
40 ml Coconut Milk
14 g Spinach
1 tsp Fresh Ginger
1 tbsp Lime Juice
80 ml filtered Water
Instructions:
Add the coconut milk, water, spinach, grated ginger and half of the lime juice into a blender. Increase the amount of lime juice to taste.
Blend until smooth.
Sprinkle with some grated ginger and serve.
