Morning Glow Green Smoothie

A gentle, gut-supportive smoothie 

Week 1

Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml Coconut Milk

  • 14 g Spinach

  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger

  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice

  • 80 ml filtered Water

Instructions: 

  1. Add the coconut milk, water, spinach, grated ginger and half of the lime juice into a blender. Increase the amount of lime juice to taste.

  2. Blend until smooth. 

  3. Sprinkle with some grated ginger and serve.
